NEW MATTER
Multidisciplinary artist Saskia Pomeroy will be exhibiting a new piece in an upcoming exhibition organised by Riposte magazine. Titled ‘Protection’, the project invites 30 female identifying artists from around the world to create an artwork in response to the theme of the title.
Run in partnership with Amnesty International UK, the exhibition marks the 70th anniversary of the universal declaration of human rights.
Opening on December 10th (International Human Rights Day) at Coal Drops Yard in Kings Cross, it will run until the 16th December – during which time the exhibition space will hold host to a range of events including Family workshops and an intimate dinner for twenty people. You’ll also be able to pick up a print of each of the exhibited artworks with all proceeds going to Amnesty.
