My First Green Cook Book

As concerns for the future of our planet grow, an ever-increasing number of people are switching up their eating habits and opting for a meat-free (or flexitarian) lifestyle. As something that concerned Great British Bake Off winner David Atherton, his latest book sets out to teach the younger generations all about cooking simple yet delicious vegetarian recipes.

Getting children interested in eating vegetables might seem like an impossible task, but with the help of Alice Bowsher’s joyous illustrations throughout the book the task doesn’t seem anywhere near as daunting. Alice worked with David and Walker Books to create a vast selection of illustrations depicting everything from the ingredients, cooking methods, and personality-filled characters making over delicious 40 recipes.

My First Green Cookbook is out now, and makes the perfect gift for cooks young and old.
