By entering the 'Grand Holly Jolly Hotel' prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. 

1. The prize draw is being run by Grand Matter Ltd.
2. The prize draw is open to entrants over 16 years of age.
3. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize you may win.
4. To enter the prize draw simply purchase a £2 prize draw ticket.
5. All proceeds minus payment platform fees will be donated to UK based charity Heart n Soul.
6. You may enter the prize draw as many times as you choose.
7. For every £2 entry into the prize draw you will be entered once into the prize draw.
8. Per £2 entry, you will have the option to guess the song title of one of the Christmas songs hinted at in the illustrations revealed between 1st - 25th December 2023 by Grand Matter on their homepage www.grandmatter.com. Your song title guess must include the date of the specific illustration you are guessing for. Grand Matter will count one correct and eligible song guess per £2 entry as an additional bonus entry into the draw.
9. The prize draw will include entries placed up until midnight on 31st December GMT. Entries placed after that time and date will not be included in the draw.
10. Grand Matter will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
11. The prize will be one Sonos One speaker.
12. Grand Matter's use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
13. The winner will be drawn at random.
14. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
15. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
16. The decision of Grand Matter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
17. The winner will be notified after 15 January 2024 via the email provided during entry.
18. Grand Matter will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
19. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Grand Matter reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
20. Please allow 21 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.
21. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Grand Matter for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
22. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at hello@grandmatter.com.
23. The winner agrees to the release of their first name to any other prize draw participants if requested via Grand Matter.
24. An announcement of the winner's first name may be made via Grand Matter's website and social media channels.
25. Grand Matter does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize,
save that Grand Matter does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
26. Grand Matter does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.
27. Grand Matter reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
28. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
