"
Watching my work take shape in physical form is so gratifying. The tactile experience of the objects adds a whole new layer of satisfaction.
"
A lot of my works are characterized by a combination of bold graphic narratives and humanist abstraction.
"
There is a relative permanence to a mural, and a powerful opportunity to really integrate your ideas into a space.
"
Over the last 10 years I have found that I have really been simplifying my physical painting approach in an attempt to let the narrative take a front seat – I'm less interested in the tiny details and more concerned with the overall story.
"
Most of my personal works are based around the human condition and I have found that sometimes when I let the work breathe, my original narratives evolve and expand through the collective experience
