With a background in design, Ciara established her career in the creative industry working as a collage illustrator specialising in mixing analogue and digital media. Leading the creative direction of the agency, she spends her time working across marketing, studio campaigns and new business activities. In May 2021, Ciara became a board director of the Association of Illustrators.

Dorcas is a creative producer, art editor and writer, with a background in commissioning illustration, animation and photography. She began her career in arts and editorial publishing before making the move over to creative production in 2014, and has since worked with a host of brands, agencies and institutions.

George has a wide range of experience working in roles across branding and design, illustration, events, and advertising. He is also a freelance illustrator himself, clients including Vans, Condé Nast, and Amnesty International. He joined Grand Matter in late 2018 as a creative agent, working with artists and clients on projects, as well as studio campaigns and social media.

Chloë is a Creative Agent and the newest member of the GM team! She brings with her a specialism in illustration for children’s publishing, and now works across a broad range of projects including branding, editorial, activations and live drawing events. Keen to champion our roster as well as up and coming talent, Chloë works closely with artists and clients on projects, managing production from start to finish.
Since her final year on the Illustration BA at Brighton University in 2021, Rosie spends most of her time working as a freelance digital illustrator, creating artwork for a variety of clients such as The New York Times, Timeout London and Danone. At Grand Matter Rosie is in charge of the day to day running of the agency and helps keep everyone on schedule.

Lost Machines, headed up by Giacomo Trivelli, is a sound design agency creating carefully crafted music and sound for animation and film. Having collaborated with a host of animators and clients around the world, Lost Machines are known for their contemporary, dynamic sonic backdrops, created bespoke to each project to elevate and focus your story.
Plastic Horse is a creative partnership between good friends David & Maxim, specialising in 2D and drawn animation.
Having collaborated together for over a decade, they've animated everything from music videos to brand campaigns and take on a range of topics with sensitivity and playfulness. Plastic Horse have created work for musicians including Tenderlonious, Paul White and Danny Brown, and clients such as O2, the NSPCC and Anna Bank.
