NEW MATTER
New Year's Resolutions?
Don't bother!
The New Year is the perfect time to reassess and make some changes in your life. But with everything going on in the world we’ve decided that actually, we could probably all do with a little bit of a break from self-improvement. So this year we're replacing New Year's resolutions with a renewed appreciation of the little wins.
To kick off 2026, we asked our brilliant roster of artists to each illustrate an idea of how we can all spend this year focussing less on self-improvement, and more on celebrating the small things, and appreciating ourselves just as we are.
From cereal dinner parties to public transport acrobatics – scroll down to see the full series of artworks and get some ideas for your own self-contentment journey this year!
